For the character development I have looked at eyes that would be able to portray a number of different emotions but also be quite cartoon in appearance, after looking at such eyes that are used in Anime drawing I decided to create a page of eyes. I have selected my favourite and will use this in the final character design because I believe it will all a great range but also will match the simplistic design of the character that I want to enhance the message I am trying to get across. I also think it will enable me to experiment with different techniques well.
